Mounted on a custom Daniel Defense lightweight M4 14.5" barrel. Boresighted it and zeroed within 5 shots. Zeroed at 30m. 2 MOA dot is nice and crisp with plenty of brightness settings. No problem hitting 3" plates at 150 meters offhand.

Great Optic at Great Price

Purchased the Aimpoint PRO with ARD about four weeks ago and I couldn’t be more pleased. The marketing take on this sight is “Law Enforcement”, but it would perform with the expected Aimpoint quality and durability, in a tactical military environment as well. This sight is as rugged as the top on the line Comp M4 with nearly identical tactical features, for half the price, simply an excellent product at a very attractive price point. I currently have about a thousand 5.56 rounds through my AR with this optic and have had absolutely no issues. I have removed the optic and reset it, and experienced no deviation from zero. The 2 MOA Red-Dot is the ideal for rapid target acquisition and accuracy, and the QRP2 mount locks up rock solid in just seconds. This is simply a top of the line optic, with all the quality, durability and functionality which Aimpoint is known for, if you purchase this sight I guarantee you will not be disappointed

bought one for my .300 blackout. Mounted it in about 2 seconds, put the battery in and fired 100 rounds. 1-2 inch groups at 100 yards with no problem. sighted dead center for 50 yards gives you same zero at 100 and pretty close at 200 with .300AAC. Love it. Will never buy a "cheap" red dot again.

Caveman easy. Put battery in, mounted to gun, about 30 rounds to zero, maybe took 30 minutes from the time i opened the box! 2 moa dot is awesome and on the higher brightness settings the dot seems to grow from the intensity. the included mount was a main selling point for me. this is an expensive item for me so not having to buy a mount right away meant i could afford it! I thought i'd replace it eventually but after using the setup i think im gonna run it as is. The mount isn't sexy but it is rock solid. The protruding knob doesn't bother me. Flip up covers are great and works with both down, rear is clear. I hit a coffee can size metal swing target 27 out of 30 rounds from a bench rest. 16 lmt m4 upper, bushy lower. Civ no training
