Quality and workmanship are unbelievable, "TOP NOTCH." Latch is smoother and much stiffer feeling when pulled. Is more efficient feel when charging? I will never buy or build another ar without one of these, customer for life. Thank you Chris

Best Charging Handle out there |

I almost bought the ACLM because I thought it was the best being that it cost 2x the price of the BCM-GF CH. After reading multiple reviews about the ACLM and how it has been known to tear up the upper receiver CH latch notch as well as it would come unlocked and slide back when the action was open. So I bought this BCM Gunfighter in MOD 5 and let me tell you it is awesome! I had a billet mega CH before but it feels flimsy and feable in comparison to this one. I will never build another AR without using a BCM Gunfighter CH. One of the best mods for the money if you ask me! Thanks again BCM! NOTE* Get the mod 5 if you have problems with extended latches hitting you in the chest when its slung or if you just like a lo-profile setup better

This is the finest charging handle I've ever used. The latch, even though smaller than the mod 4 is a great improvement and has more gripping surface area than a standard latch. Easy to charge with one hand.

Far sturdier under one handed operation |

My old CH felt flimsy and was also prone to snagging on my gear during service of warrants etc. I switched to the small latch and found with the added strength of the unit, there is no issue charging one haded (clearing malfunctions etc.). I spent 8 hours on a very snowy, closed range practicing team movement and weapon transition, to make us think more, we incorporated dummy rounds to simulate malfunctions and this charging handle worked as advertised.
