This prepped tactical hammer is designed to work with the Vickers 1911 sear and disconnector for a great trigger job with minimal fitting. Improved geometry and hand-polished sear engagement hooks. Wire EDM'd from tool steel for a lifetime of service.

If Larry Vickers stands behind it then I'm not going to second him on anything in the 1911 genre.

I orderd this parts kit and had it fitted by a gunsmith into a Rock Island GI 1911 .45 ACP. First thing I noticed when I recieved the pistol after the parts had been fitted was that the trigger takeup was far less than the original standard GI trigger.

It's crips and allows the shooter to place shots more accurattly on target.

You can't wrong with this kit for any of your 1911's.

I highly recommend this parts kit.
