This is for the stock only and does not include receiver extension and mounting hardware.  This product will only fit on carbine receiver extensions built to Mil-Spec dimensions (Ex:  Colt, LMT, Vltor, Stag Arms).  We do carry a Mil-Spec Stock Hardware Mounting Kit.
