Description       LaRue Tactical's EOTech mount raises the EOTech up by .275". This extra height sticks the irons low in the EOTech window (you can still see the irons if push-comes-to-shove).   The extra height is just what the EOTech has been needing. Use an EOTech? Get one! January 29, 2009 Reviewer: Anonymous person from Muncie, IN United States   If you use an EOTech, you owe it to yourself to get one of these mounts.  It makes putting the sight on and taking it off a pleasure.  Seriously!  The EOTech is mounted rock solid, and it actually returns to zero!  I have an Aimpoint 3X magnifier that I use with the HWS and it never cowitnessed correctly on the receiver.  The little riser behind the HWS fixes that problem too.  WTG LaRue. LaRue at it's best again. April 3, 2008 Reviewer: Scott A. Rigg from Highland Heights, KY United States   Once again Mark LaRue and his staff produce a mount that should be standard issue with an EOtech hollowgraphic sight system. After having an EOtech mounted directly on the rail I discoverd that the LaRue ECOS-C EOtech mount is really an upgrade to the sight system. It allows the EOtech to be raised slightly, about 1/2 inch up off the rail of the reciever and therefore clears the front sight much nicer than having it tightened to the rail of the upper reciever. If your running an EOTech and your not running it on this mount, then your not running it to it's full potential. Was this review helpful to you?
