These covers make it easy to cover only the sections needed allowing the user to lighten his/her weapon. They also allow for emergency mounting of items to the weapon itself if need be. Inexpensive and light there is no more versatile option.

These things are great, the go on nicely, and come off easily.
I suggest you practice taking them apart before you put them on your rail, as doing it wrong may scratch your rail.
They fit great on Troy MRF DI rails until the last swing swivel hole, they wont fit over it completely.
Great covers for a good price

low, comfortable profile. I really don't see why people whine about removing them. Put the tips of two .223 bullets a tad underneath the two locking teeth and simply lift upward GENTLY while pushing them apart and they pop right off with little hassle and don't get chewed up.

Low profile, secure lock up, best covers out |

Lower profile than even the KAC panels which they replaced on my rifle. They lock up very tight and can be cut down to accommodate various configurations. They can be difficult to remove, so if you plan on removing them for no good reason, get something else. If you want the lowest profile, tightest fitting, and best priced rail covers, these are for you.

They snap on faily easily, but removing them is almost impossible. When I attempted to remove them in the specified way, using 2 5.56 cartridges, the plastic tabs ended up pretty trashed. If you plan on having your covers in one place forever, then you're good to go. However, if you plan on moving them into various configurations............don't even bother with these.
