very solid, locked up very tight on the rails, no wiggle or play in it, large QD button easy to find and fast even in the dark, highly recommend this sling mount, color match was perfect on LMT carbine

I received my MI HD QD sling mount last night when I arrived from work. Just like advertised, this thing is "heavy duty". Not huge, just very well built. The base is solid billet aluminum with a robust mounting bolt and the sling ring and ball-bearinged stud are good, heavy steel. The finish is tops. The spring release has good tension on it to prevent accidental release and the release button must be depressed deep into the stud to activate the release so no accidental drops. When mounted there is zero movement on the rail, period and looks like it was made just for my Troy MRF DI rail system. Integrates beautifully !
I think MI had the term "hard use" in mind when the designed this sling mount. I would definitely buy this item again !

I have this on my DSA FAL, which is a pretty heavy weapon and haven't had a problem with it yet. It is very robust and I can't imagine thing breaking or the quick detach coming off on its own anytime soon.
But besides the fact that it is very heavy duty, the best feature is the fact that once it's attached, it only rotates a few degrees and stops like advertised. This really does keep your sling from getting twisted up. Very smart and nice feature. Don't buy any other sling swivel, this is worth the extra money.

Very impressed with the quality of this product. Easily installed on the front side rail of my Sig 556 and looks like it came from the factory. Outstanding service from Bravo Co. Well worth the bucks...you'll love it.
