Description   Made in the U.S.A. by Midwest Industries, Inc.  CNC Machined from billet aluminum and hardcoat anodized to milspec, this mount is built strong enough for military use and abuse.  Features a co-witness height when mounted on a flat top AR15, M16, M4, M4A1.   Features True Co-Witness height Compatible for use with rear mounted back up sight. Large surface area of contact with the rifles rail for extreme rigidity and strength. Cross bolt with built in recoil lug for repeatable zero if the mount is removed. Military thumbscrew that can be easily grasped with your fingers or tightened with a coin or screwdriver. Machined from billet 6061 aluminum then hard coat anodized flat black for a lifetime of trouble free service.
