Easy Install !!

Made for an AR15 with a Rifle Length gas system.  This 2 piece non free float model is made to fit Rifle Length uppers with a triangle handguard cap. 

Made by MI (Midwest Industries, Inc.) CNC machined from aircraft grade lightweight aluminum and hard coat anodized to milspec. Features USGI type laser etched T-marks to provide addressing for mounting and remounting accessories. 
 
These AR15 Rifle Length handguards provide a modular platform for mounting of tactical accessories such as vertical grips, laser sights, LAMs, flashlights, sling mounts, bipods, and optics. These handguards simply snap in place of your standard plastic handguards and lock up tight! Because of this easy installation, they can be easily removed when cleaning and maintaining the rifle. (This is not a free float design).

The MI two piece systems are great. This one does not free float the barrel, but is a great way to mount accessories. The Gen II units are light, and the rails are to the Picatinny spec. If you need rails, but don't need to free float, these are good to go.
