Description   T-Series Free Float Handguards from Midwest Industries    MI-T 12   Free floating tactical handguards for your AR15 with a Rifle length gas system, or a mid length or carbine gas system when used with a low profile gas block.   Made by MI (Midwest Industries, Inc.)  CNC machined from aircraft grade lightweight aluminum and hard coat anodized to milspec.  Features USGI type laser etched T-marks to provide addressing for mounting and remounting accessories.  These handguards provide a Free Floating monolithic looking modular platform for mounting of tactical accessories such as vertical grips, laser sights, LAMs, flashlights, sling mounts, bipods, and optics.   Installation requires removal of front sight base and barrel nut.           Features MIL-STD 1913 Rails. Light and level as can be. November 13, 2009 Reviewer: gino coscolluela from hayward, CA United States   The top rail lined up like a one pice unit on two of my AR's (using a 12") and one M4 Bushmaster shorty full auto (used a carbine legnth). Go ahead and spend more on name brands but this unit is good as it gets for the price. Very light for the price and installed solid. Was this review helpful to you?
