I took my time when looking for the right tactical hand guard, there are so many great brands to choose from. With all the great ones prices through the roof and the cheap ones not worth the savings I didn't think I'd ever decide on the right one. Then I found the MI #17, it's well made (made in USA), great price that won't take away from buying other accessories, and it just looks kick a$$. If you want a great hand guard that extends past the front iron sight, having that free floating look while keeping the standard front sight (army guys with service weapons) this is the one for you.

the handguards look great and provide a lot of space for mounting accessories the handrail didn't come with directions for installing because its suppose to be simple right it was very easy to install the handguards once i realized that the plastic half ring that goes on the front was supose to be installed after getting the two peices on ...i figured it out after about 30 mins of trying to fight and hammer the handguards on ....overall bravocompanyusa is the cheapest place to get quality accesories shipping was fast will buy from this awsome site again

I purchased these for my LMT upper so I can throw on a tac light and VFG. With all the rail-systems on the market today it is hard to pick a winner. All in all, installation was a no brainer and the fit was outstanding. IMHO it beats the KAC RAS having had that on my set-up while deployed. Price and quality both top notch. I would recommed this product for both cool add-on as well as duty use.

Fits tight and was quick to install. I did however have to modify my YHM fold down front sight in order to put the MI handguard on. The release button for the YHM had to be ground off on the bottom side in order to clear the handguard. But it works great now. I love it. The MI 17X gives me more options of where to mount my many acessories .
