Description   VTAC  TRX  Battle Rails are a One-Piece Free Floating Rail, designed for secure installation.  TRX rails are custom manufactured from aircraft aluminum and finished in MIL-SPEC Type III hard coat with Teflon.  The lightest-strongest-sleekest, free-floating rail available! Manufactured by Troy Industries. This rail will extend past carbine, mid, and rifle length gas systems. Requires the use of a low profile gas block.   Features * State of the art rotary locking system * Proprietary one-piece design * Continuous, uninterrupted top rail * Reduced heat transfer * True US MIL-SPEC M1913 rails * Free floating design improves accuracy * Increases target acquisition speed * TRX Extreme includes one 4" and two 3" quick-attach rails for accessories.
