Return Policy Information

Bravo Company USA, Inc. offers a 30 day return, refund and exchange policy. You must email Bravo Company USA, Inc. and obtain a RMA number prior to any return, refund, or exchange. All returns must include the original receipt and invoice, along with the billing address, shipping address, contact phone numbers, contact emails, and RMA number. Returns, refunds, and exchanges will take up to two weeks, not including transit times.

Returns on items that are unused and in the original sealed packing will be accepted, subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the product packaging has been opened or the product is damaged, the item may be rejected or subject 25% restocking fee. The return must include ALL items that were shipped with the product. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. Products not subject to returns include custom configured products, used products, special orders, and items sold "as is" "no returns" or "used".

ALL EXCHANGES are processed as an in store credit, and NOT subject to restocking fees (provided the above listed terms are met). The in store credit will be issued via email and can be applied toward any future purchases through our website.

It is recommended that you return merchandise with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels. Bravo Company USA, Inc. cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost while being shipped to us. Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS: Please contact us via email so we can assist you and issue a RMA if necessary. All BCM® products carry a lifetime workmanship warranty to the original purchaser.
