BCM® MCMR-10 (M-LOK® Compatible* Modular Rail) Handguard

Featuring the same industry leading barrel nut and lock up design as originally introduced on BCM's evolutionary KMR handguard, the MCMR Series of handguards gives the shooter modularity in the M-LOK platform.

This proprietary patented mounting system (US Patent 8904691), includes a mechanical index to the 12:00 rail and positions mounting hardware to mitigate the movement caused by heat generated by the weapon system.

  • MCMR features M-LOK Compatible mounting system.
  • Free Float Handguard eliminates loads from barrel, reducing the deflection for more accurate shooting.
  • Precision Machined Aerospace 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy, for high strength and lightweight.
  • Proprietary engineered profile offers additional cross sectional strength.
  • Steel Barrel Nut (same KMR, MCMR, and QRF series), to resist movement under heat.
  • Hard Coat Anodized per Mil-A-8625F, Type III, Class 2
  • Handguard alone weighs 6.6 oz
  • Handguard mounting hardware 2.3 oz
  • Includes BCM M-LOK Compatible Sling Mount, (FREE for a limited time)
  • 1.3" Inside Diameter
  • 1.5" Wide

Actual length when measured to flare is 10.5"

Designed to be used with pistol length, carbine length, or mid length gas systems; all with a low profile gas block.

The barrel nut will fit over all mil-spec diameter barrels (max of 1")

Please note: Nylon/Polymer Picatinny rail sections are for NON-load bearing accessories only (grips, hand stops, light mounts). For load bearing accessories (bipod mounts, sling mounts, vertical grips, barricade supports), we recommend aluminum Picatinny rail sections. Do NOT exceed 20 in/lbs. when securing fasteners on Polymer accessories. Aluminum Picatinny rail sections may be torqued to 30 in/lbs.

    MCMR

My favorite handguard in the market hands down. Comfy, solid lock up, looks badass.

Quality handguard, follow the instructions during installation and it slides right over the barrel nut.

Bcm handguards are the best with no nut on the bottom, I have 4 of them and they are all superior to others I have. You’ll need a heat gun and rubber mallet. I have two mlok and two

I have 2 mlok and two keymod, I like key mod the best only because it looks better. Looking good is 90% of our goal right? These are superior to my noveske, SLR, and two other brands I have. Bcm handguard doesn’t hss as be the nut/clamp on the bottom. I use a heat gun and rubber mallet to tap it on the barrel nut. I’ve also bought two more and installed on two buddies ar’s . These are super tight fitting and won’t move. They are crazy lightweight and my favorite

    Carbine length hand guard

BCM is always top notch kit. This hand guard totally transformed my pistol length upper into pure magic.. The previous picatinny rail that was on there was bulky and combersome. BCM hand guard transformed it into a sleek, lighter with more eye candy appeal blaster upper. I’m totally happy and would recommend. 100% guarantee from a trigger happy range monkey.

    Take your time

The rail is a great balance between usable rail space and a slim design. Very light weight and robust. I've installed a few of these and the only downside is how well they are made. The tolerances between the rail and barrel nut are very tight. If you are going to install this rail, or any BCM rails, take your time and use the right tools. If you try to install this rail with random tools you have laying in your garage, you're going to have a tough time. Besides the actual process of installing these rails, they are awesome. Well designed and light weight without sacrificing robustness.
